Relaxing without stressful relaxation techniques

It is easy for me to relax now that I have discovered a healthy method of relaxation. My insomnia is also gone! Until recently, I have tried nyquil, breathing techniques, counting sheep as well as relaxation exercises to fall asleep. These methods worked a bit for a while, but then became ineffective.
